Arrival
Upon your arrival, please present your parking reservation to the hotel front desk, as all vehicles must be properly registered. You may park your vehicle within the yellow lines at the far end of the parking lot.

After parking, please proceed to the front of the hotel to board the airport shuttle. Please note that a maximum of 4 passengers is allowed per reservation; groups larger than 4 must contact the hotel 48 hours in advance to make special arrangements.

Please call the hotel at 503-251-2000 within 24 hours prior to your arrival to reserve your spot on the shuttle, as failure to do so may cause delays.

Transfer
Shuttle runs from the hotel 24/7 on an on-demand basis every 30 minutes, specifically departing at :15 and :45 past the hour.

Please note that advance notice via a phone call within 24 hours prior to arrival is required to reserve your shuttle spot.

Return
After you have collected your luggage and are ready to be picked up, please call the hotel at 503-251-2000 to request your shuttle pickup.

Please proceed to Island #2 (middle island) for courtesy shuttle pickups. Return shuttles run every 30 minutes at :15 and :45 past the hour.
