Arrival
Upon your arrival, please show your parking reservation at the hotel front desk. You will receive a validation code and be directed to register your vehicle using the QR code provided at the front desk.
• All vehicles must be properly registered to be authorized for parking.
• After registering, you may park in any available space that is not marked “Reserved.”
Transfer
Shuttle runs from 3:30 AM to 1:30 AM with varying frequencies throughout the day.
• From 3:30 AM to 12:00 PM, the shuttle departs every 30 minutes;
• From 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM, it departs every hour;
• From 5:00 PM to 1:30 AM, it resumes departing every 30 minutes.
Please note that there's no shuttle service between 1:30 AM and 3:30 AM.

After you have collected your luggage and are ready to be picked up, please proceed to the West Terminal, where the shuttle picks up outside door #512 on Island #3. To request a shuttle or to get additional information, please call (303) 628-7777.
