Arrival
Upon your arrival, please check in at the front desk. Please allow at least 30 minutes for the check-in process at the location before departing for the airport.
Airlines suggest arriving at the airport 2 hours prior to your flight, so please ensure you arrive at the parking facility ahead of this 2-hour window and early enough to catch your shuttle.
Transfer
Shuttle runs from 6:30 AM to 11:00 PM every 30 minutes on the hour to the airport.
Please note that no shuttle service is available outside of these operating hours; if traveling outside these hours, you will need to arrange your own transportation.
Return
After you have collected your luggage and are ready to be picked up, please call 859-817-0337 to arrange for your airport pickup. Pickups are available on demand during normal shuttle operating hours (6:30 AM to 11:00 PM).
If arriving outside of these operating hours, guests will need to arrange their own return transportation.
