Located just a 10-15 minutes drive from the Norfolk Cruise Terminal, Asphalt Lots VA provides professional indoor parking solutions for cruise travelers. This veteran-owned facility is situated at 1377 Bells Mill Rd, Chesapeake, VA 23322.Enjoy a stress-free start to your vacation with our complimentary shuttle service that runs continuously early in the morning on cruise days to ensure seamless transportation to and from the terminal. By parking indoors, vehicles are shielded from weather elements.The facility maintains 24/7 monitoring, perimeter fencing, gated access, extensive CCTV cameras, bright lighting, and regular on-site patrols. Dedicated handicap parking is available, and the facility features wheelchair-accessible shuttles with staff assistance for luggage and transfers. Scooters and other mobility devices are also welcomed, ensuring an accessible and accommodating experience for all travelers.

7:00 AM - 2:30 PM: Shuttle runs every 20 minutes. 2:30 PM - 7:00 AM: No shuttle. Please arrange alternative transportation (Uber/Lyft)

Arrival
Upon your arrival, please proceed to the entrance and present your booking receipt or confirmation number to the staff. Once checked-in, you may offload your bags at the designated shuttle drop-off location.

After dropping off your bags please follow the posted signage to park your vehicle on the second or third floor of the parking garage. Once parked, you can board the shuttle, our driver will have gladly loaded your bags onto the van while you and your family take your seats.

Transfer
Shuttle runs from 7:00 AM to 2:30 PM every 20 minutes to and from the port. Shuttles begin departing from location to the Norfolk port at 9:30 AM. Our complimentary shuttle ride takes approximately 10 to 15 minutes, and upon reaching the Norfolk Cruise Terminal, the shuttle driver will unload and return all of your bags to you.

Return
Shuttle service from the port to location begins at 7:00 AM for returning guests

Note that there is no shuttle service between 2:30PM to 7:00AM, Please arrange alternative transportation (Uber/Lyft), but our parking facility itself is open 24/7 for vehicle drop-off, storage, and retrieval.
