Uncovered/Rooftop

Arrival

Upon arrival, pull a ticket at the entrance and retain it for exit purposes. Proceed to the Rooftop / Level 3 and park in any space not marked as "Reserved." Take the closest elevator down to the lobby level to access the shuttle service.

Transfer

Shuttles circulate 24/7. Pickup areas at PHX are Terminal 3 (North Side Door 5, Center Median) and Terminal 4 (North Side Door 7, Ground Level).

You may also call Shuttle Dispatch at (480) 925-9630. If you require a wheelchair-accessible shuttle, please call at least 24 hours in advance.

Note: From 2/08 to 4/26, Terminal 3 is closed for pickups/drop-offs between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. During these hours, please use the SkyTrain to transition between Terminal 3 and the PreFlight bus at Terminal 4.

Return

Upon your return to the facility, present your parking pass to the cashier in the West Lobby. They will provide the receipt required to scan and open the exit gate.

Arrival

Upon arrival, pull a ticket at the entrance and retain it for exit purposes. Proceed to the second floor by driving straight up the ramp after entering the facility. At the top of the ramp, scan your ticket to enter through the gate and park your vehicle.
